Two days.
One method.
Your stalled work, moving.
A hands-on workshop built around the VOLTS Method. Your team works on a real project — not a case study — and leaves with a Decision Sentence, a Proof Plan, and a clear path forward.

The meeting that produces another meeting
Important work gets discussed, debated, and deferred. Nobody leaves with a real decision. The calendar fills up. The project doesn't move.
Alignment culture without decision culture
Consensus feels productive. It isn't. When everyone needs to agree before anything moves, the organisation drifts — even when everyone is trying hard.
Good projects dying in the fog
The work is real. The people are capable. But somewhere between the idea and the outcome, things stall. Not from lack of effort — from lack of clarity.
Two days of structured work on your most stuck project.
The VOLTS Workshop is a facilitated two-day session built around the VOLTS Method. Your team works through the five moves — from defining the decision, to mapping the blockers, to designing a Proof Plan and a rhythm that keeps things moving after the workshop ends.
Every session is structured. Every session produces something. By the end of Day 2, each team has a completed VOLTS Canvas — one page that captures everything needed to move the project forward.
This isn't a training course. It isn't a strategy away-day. It's two days of real work, facilitated with discipline, that leaves the room different from how it walked in.
Format
Five moves. One completed canvas.
Each move builds on the last. Each session produces a concrete output that goes onto the canvas. Nothing is left as a discussion point.
What your team leaves with
Every output is something your team can use on Monday morning. Not slide decks. Not frameworks to revisit. Decisions, plans, and commitments.
The Decision Sentence
A single written sentence that defines exactly what you are deciding, by when, and how you'll know it worked. The clearest thing the team has ever agreed on.
The Obstacle Map
Every blocker named, categorised, and ranked. Real Conditions to Proceed identified and owned. Assumptions dressed as facts, exposed.
The Proof Plan
The smallest thing that, if proven, unblocks everything else. A concrete action with a timeframe and a success signal you can observe in weeks, not months.
The Rhythm Document
A designed meeting cadence with one signal worth watching and a named owner. The first meeting is in the diary before the room empties.
The Story That Travels
One paragraph that explains the project to people who weren't in the room. No jargon. Tested on a live audience before the workshop ends.
The VOLTS Canvas
All five outputs on one page. A physical artefact each team takes back to their organisation. Everything needed to keep the work moving, in a single view.
Built for organisations where important work keeps getting stuck.
The VOLTS Workshop works best with teams who are close to the real work — not observers of it.

- Teams without a real, live project to work on
- Groups looking for a general leadership or team-building day
