I’m Matthew Barrington-Packer, SC Cleared product, delivery and transformation leader. I created the VOLTS Method and host Deadlines & Detours.
I work where complexity is highest and the stakes are real: UK defence, financial services, energy, education, regulated public sector and enterprise tech. Environments where “agile” is supposed to be impossible, and where the right teams quietly outship “fast-moving” organisations every week.
Through speaking, workshops and advisory work, I help leaders make decisions that hold, build proof that moves, and turn stalled work into progress that’s measured in months, not quarters.
